CORN SALAD 
1 lg. can Mexicorn (drained)
1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 or 2 slices chopped jalapeno
2 green onions (chopped)
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayo
Dash of chili powder

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Better if chilled overnight.
