1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
2 c. fruit cocktail, drained well
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. nut meats
1 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour

Cream butter, eggs and sugar together. Add baking soda, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon and flour. Add cocktail and mix ingredients. Drop teaspoons of dough onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown.
