1 egg
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. Crisco oil
flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients. Add flour until thick. Hand roll balls and place 2-inches apart onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 325°F to 350°F about 7 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
