STRAWBERRY CHIFFON PIE 
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. strawberries
1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk, whipped
Salt

Mix sugar with crushed berries and let stand for 15 minutes. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Drain juice from berries and add to gelatin. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Whip with a rotary beater until fluffy. Fold in berries and cream to which a little salt has been added. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Garnish with more whipped cream and strawberries if desired.

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

16 graham crackers
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients together and press into a pie pan.
