CLAUDIA'S HOT TACO DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can refried beans

Cook taco meat, drain according to package of seasoning. Mix with beans. Spread into baking dish.

Layer on top:

1 chopped tomato
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Pace Picante Sauce (much as desired)
1 can avocado dip (or make fresh)

Grate and mix together:

8-10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
8-10 oz. Cheddar cheese

Layer cheese on top of other stuff. Add:

1 can sliced black olives

Heat at 350 degrees until warm and cheese melted. Serve with chips.
