CLAM CHOWDER | |
2 c. diced raw potatoes 3 c. water 1 tsp. salt 10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup 2 c. milk 1 tbsp. instant minced onion 2 (7 oz.) cans minced clams Simmer potatoes in water and salt in saucepan for 15 minutes until tender. Drain. Stir in soup, milk, onion and undrained clams. Heat thoroughly. 6 servings. |
