CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
5 lbs. chicken, cooked & deboned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, shredded

Put cooked broccoli in 9 x 13-inch pan and layer chicken. Layer remaining ingredients, except cheese, and pour on top. Put cheese on top and croutons. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
