PRETZEL SALAD | |
CRUST: 3 tbsp. sugar 2 c. pretzels (crushed) 3/4 c. butter, melted FILLING: 1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello 2 1/2 c. boiling water 1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 c. mini marshmallows 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip For the crust, mix sugar, pretzels and butter. Press into bottom of 8x11 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add frozen strawberries. Stir and chill until almost set. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and marshmallows. Fold in Cool Whip and spread onto cooled crust. Top with the Jello mixture. Refrigerate. |
