BUTTERMILK PIE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
dash of nutmeg
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and flour and beat well. Add buttermilk and flavorings and mix. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes, until golden brown.
