1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. Gold Medal flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Make a hole & add 1/2 c. Wesson oil
7 egg yolks
3/4 c. cold water
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. egg whites

Beat stiff with 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in tube pan.
