4-6 med. potatoes, cut into sm. pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. water

Put cut potatoes into greased casserole. Add salt and pepper, butter, soup, and water. Stir lightly. Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
