SEAFOOD SALAD 
3-4 lb. crabmeat, broken apart
2 sm. bags Rainbow rotini noodles (do not over cook the noodles)
1 lg. bell pepper, diced sm.
1 rib celery, chopped sm.
1 (15 oz.) English peas, drained
1/4 c. green onions, cut into sm. bits
Mayonnaise to coat sparingly (about 1 c.)
Season slightly with cajun spices (about 1 1/2-2 tsp.)

Lightly stir all ingredients together.
