HOT CIDER PUNCH 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
8 whole cloves
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 qts. orange juice
4 c. cider
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 cube butter

Combine in a kettle, sugar, water, cloves, cinnamon and ginger. Simmer for 10 minutes, then strain. Add orange juice, lemon juice, butter and reheat. Makes 20 servings.
