EDEN ISLE CHICKEN 
1 jar dried beef
6 to 8 chicken breasts, boned
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 sm. sour cream
6 to 8 slices bacon
Pepper to taste

Wrap a slice of bacon around each breast. Spread dried beef in bottom of baking dish. Place wrapped chicken breasts on top of dried beef. Cover with mixture of soup and sour cream. Cover lightly with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Remove cover and let brown slightly. Serve on a bed of rice.
