SPINACH SALAD 
1 lg. bunch fresh spinach, torn into bite size pieces
6 strips bacon, diced, fried, and drained
1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 c. croutons

DRESSING:

1/4 c. honey
1 c. vinegar
4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 c. oil

Mix all salad ingredients in a large salad bowl.

For Dressing: Combine all ingredients, except for oil, and mix well. Add oil and shake vigorously for 2 minutes. Chill. Pour on salad and toss until well coated. Yield: 6 servings.
