STEAK STROGANOFF 
1 lb. or more sirloin steak, cubed
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, cut
6 oz. can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Roll cubed steak in flour and fry in large fry pan or electric fry pan until golden brown. Remove. Fry onions until golden. You may need to add more oil. Add remaining ingredients along with steak. Cook 1 hour until thickened and bubbly. Serve over rice.
