PUMPKIN PIE 
9" unbaked pie shell:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vinegar
5 tsp. water

1 1/2 c. (each) pumpkin, evaporated milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. (each) white sugar, brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pie spice mix

PRALINE ON BOTTOM OF CRUST:

3 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Mix and spread on crust; bake 425 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes; cool.

FILLING:

Beat eggs, add sugars, flour and spices and mix well; add pumpkin and milk; pour into partially baked shell; bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees, then 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
