PIZZA 
3 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 pkg. rapid-rise yeast
1 c. hot water (125-130 degrees)
1 tbsp. butter, softened
4-5 oz. pizza sauce
1-2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Other toppings
1 egg (foamy)

Cooked crumbled sausage or hamburger, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, etc.

Set aside 1 cup of flour. Mix 2 1/4 cups flour, salt, Italian seasoning mix, and yeast. Stir in hot water and butter. Mix enough of reserved flour to make a soft dough.

Knead 4 minutes. Let rise in greased bowl to double in size. Grease and flour pizza pan. Remove dough from bowl and on hard surface; press into large circle.

Place in pan and press until crust covers pan. Apply sauce, cheese, and rest of toppings. Bake on the bottom shelf of oven at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
