GARLIC BUTTER 
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix thoroughly. Best to let stand at least 1 hour, then spread on French bread and broil.
