CREAM CHEESE PATE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tbsp. water
2 1/2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
1/4 tsp. each thyme, marjoram and summer savory flakes
2 tsp. parsley flakes

Soften cream cheese with a fork. Blend in water and Beau Monde. Crush herbs and mix into cream cheese with parsley. Chill for several hours to blend flavors. Spread on crackers or use to fill small celery stalks. Makes about 1/2 cup.
