CRANBERRY NUT PIE 
1 1/4 c. whole cranberries,
1/4 c. brown sugar, not packed
1/3 - 1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1/3 c. ground nuts (walnuts or pecans
2/3 c. white sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. melted butter
1 unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Spread cranberries over bottom of unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle with brown sugar and chopped nuts.

In a separate bowl add egg and white sugar, mixing well. Gradually add flour and melted butter. Stir in ground nuts until well blended and pour over cranberries. Bake about 50 minutes until crust is golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
