FUDGE FROSTING 
2 tbsp. soft butter
3 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar

Combine butter, cream and vanilla in saucepan. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and powdered sugar.

Cook at medium heat until well melted and mixture boils, stirring constantly. Cook 1 1/2 minutes longer. Let stand, stirring occasionally until spreading consistency.
