MOCHA CAKE 
1 sq. baking chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate with butter. Combine sugar, flour and baking powder and add alternately with milk and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. cold coffee

Combine brown and white sugars and cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Pour a cup of cold coffee over all. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes. When serving, cut into squares and serve upside down for this makes a great chocolate sauce topping.
