CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and cut in pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped freeze-dried chives
2 oz. slivered almonds
1 med. can chow mein noodles

Arrange chicken in large buttered casserole dish. Mix together, soup, mayonnaise, chives, almonds, and pour on top. Cover top with noodles, pouring over enough chicken broth to make it moist. (More broth may be needed as it cooks.) Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
