CHICKEN AND RICE 
3/4 c. raw rice
1 can any cream soup (such as mushroom, chicken or celery)
1/4 c. milk
4-6 chicken breasts
1/4 c. raw onion, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
3/4 buttermilk dressing
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook chicken. Mix rest of the ingredients together. Pour 1/2 of mixture in a 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Lay chicken on mixture. Top with the remaining mixture. Top with the rest of Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Makes 4-6 servings.
