CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. wide noodles
1 can tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
3/4 c. onion, chopped
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt
1 1/2 lbs. MILD Italian sausage, crumbled

Cook noodles and drain. Fry sausage slowly until done. Remove sausage and saute onion until soft. Drain off grease. Combine the tomato sauce, tomatoes, noodles, sausage, onion and seasonings. Put half of mixture in 9 x 13 inch oblong pan. Put half of cheese on top. Add remaining mixture and rest of cheese. Bake 30 to 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 6 to 8.

NOTE; It should not be soupy, so adjust the tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes.
