RHUBARB CRUNCH 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. brown sugar
4 c. rhubarb, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry or raspberry Jello

Combine flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, butter and cinnamon. Press half of mixture into 9 x 9 inch pan. Mix sugar and Jello, coat rhubarb with it. Pour rhubarb over crust in pan. Put remaining crust mixture on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
