TACO SALAD 
1/2 head of lettuce
Bag of Tostitos
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1 can light red kidney beans
1 bag Boil in the Bag Rice
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 jar Ortega Taco Sauce
1 sm. container sour cream
1 bag shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 ripe red tomatoes

Brown meat and drain. Prepare rice and beans per individual instructions. Combine meat, rice and beans in a bowl. Layer in the following order:

Chopped lettuce

Tostitos

Rice, bean and meat mixture

Shredded cheese

Sour cream

Olives & tomatoes

Pour taco sauce over salad. Yield: 4 generous salads.
