MARVELOUS MACAROONS 
2 2/3 c. (7 oz.) Baker's Angel Flake Coconut
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. Dole chopped natural almonds

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and almond extract; mix well. Drop from teaspoon into lightly greased baking sheets. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown. Remove from baking sheets immediately. Cut, cool and serve. Makes about 30 cookies.
