1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

1/2 c. Hellman's light mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
45 (1 inch) meatballs, cooked
2 c. cooked macaroni
1 c. green & red peppers, chopped
1/2 c. diced cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion

Cook and cool meatballs.

Stir together mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt and hot pepper sauce. Pour dressing over remaining ingredients. Toss gently. Chill. Add meatballs and serve.
