MY FAVORITE CHICKEN | |
2 split chicken breast boneless & skinless 16 oz. sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 8 slices bacon 8 slices cheese (Swiss, Cheddar or your choice) Optional: Fresh spinach leaves or broccoli spears Split chicken breasts and pound to 1/4 inch thickness. Fry bacon until crisp. Place 2 slices of bacon and 2 slices cheese on 1 half chicken breast. Roll and place face down and glass baking dish. Do this for all pieces of chicken. Mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours, remove cover and bake 1/2 hour more. Options: Place broccoli or fresh spinach leaves inside chicken also. |
