HOT SPICED CIDER 
1 qt. hot tea
5 lemons (juice)
1 lb. brown sugar
1 tbsp. allspice
2 pieces mace
1 gal. sweet cider
2 oranges, sliced
3 sticks cinnamon
1 tbsp. whole cloves
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix lemon juice, sugar, cider, tea and seasonings. (Tie seasonings in cheesecloth bag.) Boil 15 minutes. Add orange slices and serve hot.
