SAUCY MEATBALLS | |
MEATBALLS: 2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. dry bread crumbs 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 sm. onions, chopped (about 1/4 c.) 2 eggs SAUCE: 2/3 c. milk 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 can cheese soup 1 c. dairy sour cream Mix all ingredients for meatballs; shape into 20 (1 1/2") meatballs. Place in ungreased rectangular 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake, uncovered in 400 degree oven until done and light brown, 20 to 25 minutes. SAUCE: Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs and bake for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
