4 c. fresh chopped cabbage
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cream

Dissolve sugar in vinegar, stir in cream and beat until thick and creamy. Add to cabbage just before serving. Add only enough dressing to moisten. Save the rest for the next time. (keep cold)
