CHOW MEIN 
Beef, pork or chicken

Shred meat that has already been cooked. Add to skillet with 3 tablespoon vegetable oil. Have heat turned on medium. Add seasonings:

1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. white cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 onion
3 green onions
Beef or chicken bouillon cube
1 can raw chow mein vegetables, drained

Cook until meat is brown and onions are done. Then put 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch into 1 cup cold water; mix well, then add 1 cup water with beef or chicken cube to meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes, then add water, cornstarch mixture. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over white rice and with chow mein noodles if you wish.
