SPINACH AND TUNA SOUP 
4 onions, slice thin
1 tbsp. oil
4 c. chicken broth
2 c. shredded spinach
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna (packed in water), drain and flake
Pepper to taste

In saucepan saute onions in oil until tender. Stir in broth. Bring to a boil. Add spinach and tuna and pepper. Cook 2 minutes.
