PEACHES AND CREAM PIE 
Pie:

1 large box of vanilla pudding mix, not instant
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large cans of sliced peaches, drained, reserve 4 tablespoons of the juice

Cream:

1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
reserved peach juice

Topping:

1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix pudding, butter, soda, flour, egg, salt together and pat down into a pie pan. Arrange peaches into the pie crust. Next blend cream ingredients and pour over peaches. Be careful not to let this mixture touch the sides of the pan or it will burn. Sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar mixture over the top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Must be kept refrigerated.
