SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN
DRUMMETTES
 
2 pkgs. (oblong) chicken drummettes (approximately 44 drummettes)
1 bottle sweet and sour BBQ sauce
1 tbsp. shortening or oil

Fry drummettes in shortening over medium heat until done, approximately 45 minutes. Pour BBQ sauce over chicken and let simmer until sauce is warm. Serve hot.

Note: I usually rinse bottle with a little bit of water and pour into pan with sauce. This will thin the sauce some.
