COLE SLAW 
14 lbs. cabbage
3 lbs. lettuce
2 carrots
1 1/3 onions, med.
2 green pepper
Pineapple chunks

Slice cabbage thin. Whiten lettuce for 3 minutes. Slice medium. Grate carrots. Dice onions. Dice green pepper. Drain pineapple, save juice.

DRESSING:

Pineapple juice
25 oz. vinegar
12 oz. salad oil
6 to 9 oz. sugar
4 tsp. dry mustard
2 oz. salt
Pepper to taste
1 oz. celery seed

Use the juice from pineapple chunks, 1/2 of can. Mix all ingredients in dressing. Pour over all other and mix well.
