MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 beaten egg
3/4 can cream
1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. 57 sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Combine the first 7 ingredients for meat loaf; mix thoroughly. Pack into a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Mix remaining ingredients for sauce and pour over meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Let stand for a few minutes before slicing. Yield 8 servings.
