PETE'S MOTHER'S CASSEROLE | |
Pie crust for 2 crust pie 2 lbs. hamburg 1 can tomato soup, undiluted 1 can vegetable soup, undiluted 1 egg Roll bottom crust slightly thicker than usual and place in a 10" cake pan or casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and put in bottom crust. Place top crust in place, seal and prick steam vents. Microwave 15 minutes on high and bake 30 minutes in oven at 350 degrees (or bake 1 hour at 350 degrees). |
