PARMESAN CRACKER HALIBUT 
2-3 lb. halibut
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Cut halibut into 4 inch squares and mix the vegetable oil and powdered garlic in a small dish. On a tray mix the cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip the fish first in the oil mixture and then roll in the cracker mixture. Place on a tray and bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
