TOFU PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL
COOKIES
 
1 block Marjon Tofu
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. old fashioned Quaker Oats
1 c. walnuts

In a large bowl cream Tofu, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, oats and walnuts and stir thoroughly. Drop onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
