HAM AND CHEESE HORS D'OEUVRES 
1 jar Polish dill pickles
1 lg. pack sliced ham
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature

Take one slice of ham and dry it off with paper towel. Spread cream cheese on ham evenly, not too thick. Dry pickle off with paper towel. Place pickle on top of cheese crossways on it. Roll up until the pickle is completely covered. Cut off extra ham or just keep rolling, making sure to fit firmly. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Slice as thin as you like and serve.
