3 cans buttermilk biscuits (10 per can) 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 stick butter Chopped nuts (opt.) Butter bundt pan very well. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Mix white sugar and cinnamon. Roll each piece of biscuit in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Drop into pan. Do not place in any order. If nuts are used, sprinkle them between layers. Melt 1 stick of butter and add brown sugar; boil 1 minute. Pour over biscuits. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from the pan. To serve, it can be cut or everyone can just use their fingers to get how much they want. Tastes very much like cinnamon roll. |
