CHEESE BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
3/4 c. frozen onion
3 tsp. butter
3 tsp. flour
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1 c. half and half
1 c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Thaw broccoli under hot water. Cook onion in butter, stir in flour, add broth and milk and broccoli. Cook for about 1 minute and add cheese, lemon peel and pepper. Makes 4 servings.
