TIPSY FRANKS 
1 1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. bourbon
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 lb. hot dogs, cut into 1/2 inch slices (or use 2 lb. cocktail wieners)

Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan. Add franks and simmer on low heat until thoroughly heated; stir occasionally. Serve immediately with toothpicks.
