PECAN PUFFS 
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. ground pecans
1 c. sifted cake flour

Preheat oven to 300°F. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and dry ingredients; mix well. Roll dough into small balls; place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 300°F for 45 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar. When cool, roll in powdered sugar again.
