TABBOULI SALAD 
1 c. bulgar wheat
2 c. boiling water
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
4 stalks green onion, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 sweet red pepper or pimento, diced
1 c. corn, well drained
1 can water chestnuts, coarsely chopped
Sliced olives for garnish
Walnuts, chopped

Pour boiling water over bulgar wheat. Let stand 1-2 hours. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients; green and red peppers, tomatoes, green onion, celery, round onion, corn and water chestnuts. Garnish with sliced olives or chopped walnuts. Serve with low calorie Italian dressing.
