CHRISTMAS CHEDDAR LOGS 
3/4 lb. shredded sharp cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter (softened)
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. chives

Combine cheese, sour cream, butter, milk, mustard and Worcestershire. Cream. If dry add milk and add parsley and chives. Mix well.
